CAD 8.0.1 IPPA agents skill set

I have a client that upgraded from 7.5 to IPCC 8.0.3 and CAD 8.0.1 has resulted in loss of skillset stats being presented to IPPA agent phone display. They are receiving enterprise, but no skill set data. Regular CAD users work fine.S

I have attached a screen shot of the event viewer from this timeframe. I am looking for suggestions on how to proceed. Thank you.

I am facing an different issue But getting similar messages in CAD for UCCE

and my messages looks like
