Call distribution between Queues in Attendant Console Advanced with Resillience

Hi,

I have a little doubt that I cannot solve.

How do we need to configure CuCm to point to DN queue in Subscriber server?

Is it possible to distribute calls using a hunt pilot config?

Hi Antonio,

Resilience server in Attendant Console Advanced works as a backup server when the publisher goes down.

Both the AC servers have separate sets of CTI ports and CTI route points.

When the publisher goes down, calls from the publisher route point automatically gets routed to the CTI route point of the resilience subscriber server.
