Hello - I'm trying to figure out if there is away with a call handler that someone can call to go directly into someones mailbox without riging the phone. Internally the end users dial * and the extension. How can we do this when someone is external by assigning a DID number and give the option in a call handler.

Hi
Add a call handler.
On the appropriate caller input option (e.g. '1') set the Action to be 'user with mailbox' and select the user; then ensure you tick 'go directly to greetings'.

Can the 1 call handler be used for all mailboxes at the branch? On the old system they had a number and they could type in the mailbox number and leave a message.
