Call landing problem in IP communicator

Dear Experts,

I'm facing a problem in IP communicator. When clients phone(from Cell phone and T&T) landing through IVR in Agents whose are using IP communicator those calls are disconnecting within 10 to 15 seconds. But the agents who are using Hard phone have no problem.

Would anybody help me to resolve this issue?

Are the internal calls between agents using IP communicators working fine? if yes, then you can start by taking a debug from the incoming gateway for a test call. However, a detailed callmanager service and CTI Manager service trace would be needed for more clarity.
