I have Cisco 7821 SIP with cucm 10.5 with framework sip78xx.10-3-1-12.when i try to click a call pickup softkey it's given me feature unavailable.
how can fix this issues.

Is the DN assigned to pickup group and is there an actual call ringing on another DN in the same pickup group?

I went do just call Pickup not pickup group.so I don't need to configure Pickup group.

Your original post states you are pressing "call pickup", that has to do with pickup groups. Are you saying you cannot answer a call by hitting Answer softkey, or lifting handset or pressing speaker button?

I try this feautre in Phone 7911 without cerat call pickup group.so with phone 7821 SIP I need To use Call pickup group ??

What is it that you are looking for? What is your requirement that you are trying to use pickup rather just answering with Answer, etc?

Yes .I don't need to use Group pickup just call Pickup

Then don't use it, simply user Answer softkey when phone rings or pick the call with handset or speaker.

So, you are unable to answer any calls? How about internal calls from another IP phone?
