I want know if anybody can help me about call wait feature on 6900, when is the availability?

Call waiting is currently supported but you must have 2 lines provisioned.
Targeting Q2C2011 to support multiple calls per line on the 69xx phones which will allow them to support call waiting with one line provisioned.

thanks Billie, meaning that still one does not know if feature is supported natively and the only solution is to have 2 lines that is to say:
that the user must have 8754 and 8755 while this in 8754 line the other call must enter by the 8755 and answer it and the 8754 are in hold, is correct this?

You are correct - that is how it is currently supported.

Use call forward busy to roll the call to the second line, then roll that line to vm if they don't answer.
