Hi
I have configure CUPS and CUPC in CUPC, I do not receive call ID info if call comes from PSTN line. I can see Caller ID info in my pysical phone 7960 but i do not see in my communicator. All PSTN call is attended fist by attendent and transfer to perticular extention.

Check that you have enabled "Forwarded Call Information Display" parameters, on the Line/DN configuration:
- Caller Name
- Caller Number
- Redirected Number
- Dialed Number

Tried this, but didn't work. Opened a TAC case. Will post a solution when received.
