Hi Everyone
I wanted to get your opinion on what you might think is cause this issue. We have 2 Cisco EX90 units that are in use by our Execs and the caller ID doesn't work for external calls but internally it works fine. It's just these 2 devices because all of our other phones which are the 79 and 89 series work fine for external caller ID. If anyone has seen this or my know of something I can try I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any and all help and have a great day.
