Hi,
if a caller reach a user voicemail and choose the caller input option to be forwarded to an alternate number (in this case the mobile number) I can see in the isdn debug that number of the used voicemail-port is used as calling number instead of the originating number. Any ideas how I could achieve that the originating phone number will be presented? The telco don't check or restrict the calling party number presentation (CLIP no screening)
I'm using a h323 gateway and CUCM-BE 8.6
Regards
Steffen

Hi Steffen,
Have you tried playing with this setting?
CallManager System Parameter:
Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity = True
When we changed this parameter from the default = False to True the proper
clid is shown on transfers from UC 7.1
Cheers!

I confirm, it works well on CUCM 6.1.5.13900-4, no restart is needed. 5*.

Our Unity was calling out with port ID as caller ID. Changing this setting worked for me. CUCM 11.5.1
CUCM/System/ServiceParameters/ServiceDropdown/CiscoCallManager(Active)/Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
is path in 11.5
