Calling Party Transformation Mask is not working in RP and RG Level.

Hi All,

Would like to have your inputs why the calling party transformation mask is not working when calling outbound.

This is our setup

GRC_TEST_RL

Cube_RG ------------------------------> Calling Party Transformation Mask Configured  

SMW_E1_1_RG ---------------------> Calling Party Transformation Mask Configured

SMW_E1_2_RG ---------------------> Calling Party Transformation Mask Configured

Route Pattern

GRC_TEST_RL

The partition of route pattern is GRC_Outbound_Test located under GRC_CSS_Test

The IP Phone already using the GRC_CSS and when we tested in the DNA it is successfully route and there is the calling party transformation mask.

Call flow

IP Phone -------> CUCM ---------> CUBE

Have you checked calling number on cube ? If it is correct at cube means cucm sending correct calling number to cube  and then you may check with service provider.
