We need to set up a SIP trunk between CUCM (located at Site A) and Genesys (located at Site B). Both sites are connected via a site-to-site VPN. Genesys agents at Site B will initiate PSTN calls through CUCM at Site A. These calls should present a specific calling party number to the called party.
How can we achieve this?
Genesys Agent (Site B calling number +99-0423456) --> Sip trunk --> cucm siteA --> voice gateway site A ---> PSTN --> called party mobile no ( calling party number displayed as ex:+840534097))

What is the type of voice gateway site A ? if it is Cisco CUBE or VG , you can configure translation rules on Cisco router , but the calling displayed number (ex:+840534097) should be PSTN DID number and accepted by the service provider.

There are several ways you could modify the calling party:
What you can use will depend on your dial plan, the PSTN access (SIP, ISDN, E1R2) and what your TELCO is willing to accept.

If Genesys can handle the translation and route the call to CUCM, no action is required from our side. I believe this is feasible for Genesys, but you may need a Genesys expert to confirm.
Alternatively, the calling information can be translated at either CUCM or the gateway. I recommend performing the translation at the gateway.
Please share the gateway configuration so we can provide our recommendations. Additionally, is it a single number extension or a range of numbers you need to translate?.
The ITSP will only accept calls if the calling number is from your DID block, so you cannot use an arbitrary calling number.

for test purpose we were trying from single phone in cucm to select particular route pattern that will be used for genesys call. i know if i set external mask in phone it will work fine. i want who ever use that route pattern should be able to receive a particular number from DID range. others should not disturb with existing setup. they want both should have same dial pattern example 9.05XXXXXXX

I'm a bit confused. What role does the CUCM phone play in the Genesys agent scenario? Are you making the call from a CUCM phone or a Genesys agent? You can use the existing route pattern, but I’d focus on changing the calling number. The External Phone Number Mask is for CUCM phones and won’t work in your scenario.

genesys agents are the production scenario.
cisco phone is for test purpose only. Testing the route pattern for genesys.
