Greetings.
I have implemented Microsoft Teams Direct Routing using Audiocodes Mediant SBC VE which is plotted behind a firewall and NAT configurations deployed.
I have bumped into the following challenges:
- Outbound Calls (From MS Teams to PSTN) immediately drop when calls are received.
- Inbound Calls (From PSTN to MS Teams) doesn’t drop but it has no audio.
I managed to collect the CUCM logs via Real-Time Monitoring Tool/RTMT and used Translator X to analyse them.
For outbound calls, the probable cause is: Disconnect Cause: 22 (Number Changed) from the originating party of which I'm uncertain on how to resolve it.
For Inbound Calls, with no audio, I confirmed the codecs configured on the SIP Trunk.
