can i add more than 3 billing application server in CUCM 9 for CDR managent

Hi

I need to add a billing application Server on the CUCM 9

Tool>CDR management>

However the " add new" button is grey out

I already added 3 billing application servers there, does it has a maximum number of server that i can add?

I also tried different web broswers, so it seem its not broswer issue...

can i add more than 3 billing application server in CUCM 9 for CDR managent

No, 3 is the maximum. You'll have to find a way to copy from one of your currently configured servers, to the 4th one
