Can't retrieve agent UID

Hello,

We have a French CAD [7.1(2) server and in the CTIOS process window, I see the message:

10:37:38.968 HandleNonObjectEvent(eAgentPrecallEvent) - Device object [device.5003.] not

found. Can't retrieve agent UID.

10:37:51.406 HandleNonObjectEvent(eAgentPrecallEvent) - Device object [device.5003.] not

found. Can't retrieve agent UID.

10:37:53.125 HandleNonObjectEvent(eAgentPrecallEvent) - Device object [device.5003.] not

found. Can't retrieve agent UID.

pop up a lot. Does anyone know what this might mean?

Based on the defect's (CSCsg96445 and CSCsi29781) description. I would suggest to upgrade to CTI 7.1.4 ( patching only ctiosserver ). Upgrading to CTI 7.1.4 would help in ensuring that AgentPreCallEvent is parsed properly.
