Nope, there is no direct link between the two systems for passwords or pins. You might be able to contruct a third party to do this... but it would get messy in the SQL databases of keeping the encrypted pins in sync. The only thing you can do is use PCA. PCA can be setup up to use the AD as your login to the page. So if a user happens to foget their Unity PIN, they can log into PCA and reset it themselves. Login is supplied by AD. Not sure if the CCmuser page can be linked to AD. I know the PIN for Extension Mobility can be the AD login ID and PW.. so maybe it is possible. Have not tried
