Unity and Dual NICs

Does Unity function well with 2 NICs? Any tips or tricks if you use 2 NICs? They are one 2 differnet subnets. My voice mail ports are registered in CallManager, but on a different subnet than the CallManager is on. And that's not the MAC for the NIC that my License file is for.

Dual NICS are only supported in an Active-Passive configuration with Unity. Both NICS must share the same IP address. Using 2 NICS in an Active-Active scenario can result in one-way audio and MWI problems. Please see the following links for confirmation.
