Cannot connect to phone serviec/dropping when answering calls

I have two broadband. My main one runs @ 80mbps. Whenever I answer a call, the whole PC gets disconnected so I can never use that for work unless I'm only doing outbound calls. I work as a helpdesk support for Australian clients so the nature of my work requires me to receive a lot of calls.

 

The only thing that I can use right now for webex is my backup running @ 30mbps. The problem with it is I often can't connect to the phone service. In order for me to remove that, I'd need to restart webex about 10-20 times. And when the error goes away, if I don't pick up the call within 5 seconds, it gets disconnected. It's really inconvenient.

 

I am using the same broadbands with Avaya before this and I never had an issue with either of my broadband. I also used the same PC with office network and it works fine with Webex there. Is there any settings that I can change in my router to help me out with this?

 

I can't change broadband right now and I have already spent tons for my secondary broadband.
