Hi All,
i have recently setup a Unity Connection system
Version 8.5.1.10000-206
I now want to give administration access to my helpdesk team to manage MACD's. I have given them the in-built role of "User Administrator". They have no issues creating voicemail accounts, changing passwords etc... but they cannot delete user accounts, a message of "Not Authorised" is given. The only way I can get them to do this, is by assigning the "System Administrator" role, which i dont want to do.
any suggestions?
Cheers

Are you using AXL with CUCM and Connection? Because if you are, it has to be done by CUCM, not Unity

Description
Symptom:
System displays " Not authorized " error message when trying to delete an user account.
Conditions:
Observed with Unity Connection 8.5.1 and the account logged in has only user administrator role privilege
Workaround:
Assign system administrator role for the account to allow the delete operation.
