Cant get to the dial plan templates for preconfigured be6k

The BE6000_Preconfigured_10.6.pdf guide says that I can download Cisco Business Edition 6000 Prime Collaboration Provisioning Dial Plan Templates at the following location:

http://www.cisco.com/go/be6kpreconfig

But when I go to the above location I get access denied. How do i get access to this locaiton and the templates?

I have asked the owner of the page to fix the permissions.  I have also attached the dial plan files in the mean time.

Hi Dilraj,

This could be the issue with CCOId permissions since I checked the same almost 3 hours before and was able to access the page.
