Hi all,
I've just installed Mediasense 11 along site CUCM 11.
I have added the 'Record' softkey under connected and applied it to my handset. If the recording option is set to 'Automatic Call Recording Enabled' then when the softkey is pressed I just get a message saying "Recording Already in Progress".
If I switch the recording option to 'Selective Call Recording Enabled' then the softkey appears to work as expected and I can start/stop recording as required.
Is it possible to stop/pause the recording using a softkey when 'Automatic Call Recording Enabled' is set?
Thanks in advance
Matty

It is not natively possible to achieve this feature with Media Sense for Automatic Call Recording. However, there are Recording Control APIs that can help here:
Refer to below Developer Guide:

Many thanks for providing the information! Wish I had some time to look into the API stuff!

Never mind :) now since you know it, go through them whenver you get time. Its quite fun to play around with the APIs.
