I have a CAPF cert signed by our Intermediate CA. Uploaded the Intermediate CA as CAPF-trust and CallManager-trust. Just wondering if do we need to install the root CA as well? Read some docs and all were being signed by root CA and root CA was uploaded.
You should always have the full chain in there. Also, I've had mix results with this, but I do tend to upload root first, then next intermediate, then finally the identity cert for the server...in that order. Just habit.
