Hi Everyone
I have a location in NYC that is complaining of calls just dropping during the conversation. This has been happening for a few weeks and I wanted to get to the bottom of this. I opened up a TAC case and from the traces the engineer told me that the cause is the gateway is sending back a cause code 102. I looked up what that code means and it's a recovery timer expiry, I wanted to know is this something that I have to speak to our ITSP about correcting or is this something on the cube or in CUCM that I can fix. I'm attaching a copy of the traces from TAC and thanks in advance and I look forward to your replies.
