Hi,
I would like to know how does the names get updated onto the "corporate directory" ?
If the system using a default XML directory, each time when I configure the phone and user , will it updated automatically ?
I have a scenario when the I have configured a phone and an user name... it just cannot update to the corporate directory with the extension number.
Would like to knwo why is that so ?

Hi Alan,
I believe that the "Telephone Number" field, configured on the End User page, is what's used by Corporate Directory.
