CCM BAT add user problem

i want add User group .  Standard CCM End Users . But i can't use space . How can i add Standard CCM End Users to ccm ?

As it says you can try replacing the space by "_" or "-" and check.

But this problem still fails to get be settlemented effectively .  If  "_" or "-"    are used .  Can not import data . 

There is no other way??

From the error you have posted looks like you have some unallowed character in the Device name, please cross check the device name column one more time.
