ccm upgrade from 6.1

Hi

Overall you have to do following

1) See if you hardware support the new release or not.

If not you will have to purchase new hardware or else you can use old hardware for new CUCM release.

2) Since this is major upgrade you will have to use new licenes also.

3) Direct upgrade from 6.1.4 is allowed till CUCM 9.0. So of you are running 6.1.4, you can upgrade to CUCm 9.x in single step.

You will find exact step in relesae notes of the release which you want to upgrade to.
