CDR Phone Report

When we were on CUCM 4x, I would have to pull call detail of indivisual phone logs for different supervisors. I would have the option of pdf and something else. Now with CUCM 6.1 when I email the report from CDR to myself it comes in a txt format. I should be able to choose what format I would like to send the file in like CUCM 4x. Any ideas?

You can view reports in comma separated values (CSV) format or portable document format (PDF). If you choose PDF, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC.
