 I have cucm 10.5 two node i update the Pub and change the ip put ica not login but Sub still not change the ip and not updated to 12.5 i can not login to Pub please help me

If i understood correctly, you upgrading the PUB and not Sub. And you changed the IP of PUB and its not reachable.

What network changes you made on PUB, the new IP  is this on a different subnet ? Why do  you change the IP without upgrading the SUB ?

no i just update the Pub and change the ip but i can not login to pub  when i enter username and passoword i got this errorr database communication error

Why are you changing the IP address in the middle of an upgrade? Very likely you will need to do a restore from DRS, at a minimum your Publisher, but possibly the entire system.
