Hi all,
A quick question. I have a Cisco2801 router.
As per SRST datasheets, the Cisco2801 router supports up to 25 phones. Part number: FL-SRST-25, and Spare Part Number: FL-SRST-25=
Is there anyway I can upgrade the SRST support to more than 25 phones?
The weird thing is that the config shows 30 ephones.
call-manager-fallback
max-conferences 4 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
timeouts interdigit 4
ip source-address 10.8.20.5 port 2000
max-ephones 30
max-dn 100 dual-line
Please advise!
Many thanks!
Mazen

No, it is not possible to upgrade phone capacity beyond the published one.
However Cisco adds support for few extra phones as a convenience to the user.

Thank you Paolo!
Do you have any document for the support of few extra phones?
Thank you!

There is no documentation, it is just the way it is.
Thank you for the nice rating and good luck!
