cisco 7925 rings 2 appearances on incomming calls when call from outside

I have issues with 7925 phones when I fwd one  7925 to another 7925 using the 11 digits because of Voice mail

when someone calls  say phone A its  fwd to phone B  someone calls A from outside dialing the complete

DID  724-xxx-xxxx  when call comes in to phone B   it show 2 incoming calls and you have issues taking call

if I call internally xxxx  their is no  issue  .

Is it cme or cucm ?

Call comes from outside on E1/T1 or SIP trunk ?

This can be due to media resources unavailable.

 Is the number you are testing from added as a remote destination on CUCM?

 exact call flow?

Can you collect the debugs:

Debug isdn q931

debug ccsip messages

debug  voice ccapi inout
