Hello, i am relatively new to the cisco systems. I have a user that on the cisco desktop agent forgot their password, where can i reset this? I am pretty sure they are inputting the wrong password but i do not see anywhere i can actually reset or change it. I urgently need help with this.

It depends. Is your CUCM integrated with Active Directory? If so, this will be the user's AD password and you can reset there. If not, you can reset in CUCM admin > user management > end user.
