Cisco Attendant Console Advance Configuration

Hi All

I do have a doubt regarding with the integration of Cisco attendant console with CUCM. Once the CTI Route points and ports are configured and registered with CUCM, how will we configure the call flow from main number to the attendant console application. As I understand, the main number will forward to attendant console CTI Route point. Is there more on this configuration or is there anything specific, I am missing at this point of time.

You need to complete the config related to operators and queues as well as CUCM & IM&P config as per the deployment guide
