Cisco Attendant Console - Not User Friendly & Not Smart

The user always complain the Attendant Console interface and layout is not user friendly and is not smart. How can I improve the interface to be more

beautiful and make the make some layout are bigger or hidden some layout?

Actually, some icons are mismatch the related functions, e.g. the MUTE icon matched the HOLD function. Why?

My AC version is enterprise 8.6 with CM 7.1.3

You can try the options listed under the 'Display' section of the following link for CUEAC 8.6

You can also play with the resolution of the PC hosting CUEAC to adjust the font apart from the three font size options available.
