Cisco attendant console not work

Hi guys,

The attendant console in win7 was working but suddenly stopped and gave me this message: because server can't be located. 

what is the problem! I restarted the services and rebooted all CuCM servers but no hope!

my Cisco unified attendant console 9.1.1

Hi Mohammad, can you share a screenshot of the error? If the serve isn't even booting up then you might require a server rebuild. Manish

I checked the security firewall in server, I found someone activate it so after turned off then works fine,
