Cisco Attendant Console

Hi

We are using UCM version 10.5.1. Can someone guide me on how to add attendant console users? That is, need to provide access to Cisco Attendant console to 2 new users.

Thanks for the assistance.

Exactly.

Attendant Console has it's own user DB, it doesn't use or care about users in CUCM much.

you need to create Queues under User Configuration ---Queue management.

after the same is done,  u need to map the queues under Operator Management---Queue association.

Hi

Attendant Console is a separate application on a seperate (probably virtual) server.

Have a look at the CTI Route Points on CUCM, you shoud see some with long numerical names. See what IP address is listed for them, and that should help you find the server.

On that server, browse to https://ipaddress/webadmin

Username is ADMIN, and password might be anything from the default to something custom.

Once you're in it's pretty straightforward.

Hi Aaron,

Greetings!

Thank you very much for your quick response. Yes. I am able to login to Attendant Console server via https://ipaddress/webadmin.

The 2 new users are already added in the CUCM. In Attendant Console webpage, I presume I need to click on "User Configuration"=> Operator Management and add the new user. Once this is done, I guess we need to select the appropriate queue while configuring the operator profile. Am I right.

Thanks again for the clarification.

Hi Aaron and Aman,

Thank you very much for your response. I was able to setup the users and mapped the queue under Operator Management.

Thanks again
