Hi, I want to know if our current phone system utilizes CCM or not? Unfortunately, I am not that knowledgeable yet with our systems and all I know is we use Cisco Configuration Professional utility to configure phone display names and update the date & time.
Could someone provide me the steps to verify if we use CCM/CUCM? Sorry for being a newbie.

Call Manager Express, another acronym to it is CUCME - Cisco Unified Communication Manger Express.
CME/CUCME is Router based, you can access it thru telnet/ssh.
CUCM can be access thru GUI and SSH.

CCP works with CME. that tells me you're using CME.
