Cisco Collaboration Questions

Hi,

We have three questions below, we're hoping someone can answer and provide any direction.  The first question is for our CER system, the second question is for forwarding options and the third is for Jabber access outside the domain ( I believe this can be accomplished via VPN)? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

1. Our Emergency Response number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) has accidentally alerted our Emergency response team members after an unrelated external party accidentally called it (there is another number that has a different area code they were trying to dial). Can we disable external numbers from calling this number?

2. We currently have our security phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) forwarding to one cell phone (XXX-XXX-XXXX). We would like 2 more cell numbers forwarded as well but it appears I can only forward one at a time?

3. We were wondering if Jabber can be installed on a non-domain joined device outside of campus and still work.

Thanks,s

1. You can do this by having the security number not be in a partition that is reached by the inbound CSS on your gateway/trunk

2. You can use Mobile Connect with multiple remote destinations to pass the call to the mobile numbers instead of call forward

3. Yes you can do that
