Cisco Cucm 6.1 Attandent Console Error. Unable to acceaa network.

I use Cisco UCM 6.1  and I installed Attandent console win  7 pc, when I try to access  Attandent console

write ip address and port number 2000 , ( I tried many different options) It tell me Unable to access network.

What can I do, could you someone help me please.
