Hi Experts,
We are implementing cisco edge solution (Expressway Edge and Core) for a customer but the major challenge with our customer is having two different domains. They use different domain internally and externally like corp.ezz.com internally and ezz.com externally.
So when user tries to login into jabber client from external network, jabber start looking for the service _collab-edge._tls.corp.ezz.com , which is invalid for external domain name.
So how do i force jabber to look corp.ezz.com domain internally and ezz.com externally as per its network or any other solution related for two different domains?
Thanks
Manish

Hi Manish.
Jabber uses a different SRV record to locate services depending on whether it is inside or outside the enterprise.
You can configure your external DNS with _collab-edge._tls.ezz.com and have this pointing at the hostname (A Record) for your Expressway-E boxes Public IP Address.
Internally jabber can use _cisco-uds._tcp.corp.ezz.com which points at the A record of your CUCM server.
Are your UC users authenticating against AD via LDAP or just authenticating against CUCM?
Thanks
