I am not able to receive video calls on Cisco 8961!!
I am making calls from 9951 to 9951 and video is shown, while calling to 8961 no video is displayed.
We are using CUCM 10 and video capability for the end is enabled.
Not sure what I am missing here?

You should be able to receive one way video at least. Have you checked the following
- Checked the region and BW settings
- Firmware version is latest
- Call Status on phone what does that show on receiving stats?
- Have you tried another model phone (disconnect the camera on your 9951 and does it receive video as well)
- Is this happening to only this 8961 have you got another 8961?
- Switch port/Phone port settings all ok?
- If all else fails take a sniffer trace from the phone, analyse and finally and open a TAC case
