We created an IPPhoneInput service that sends a key input to a URL. Anyone know of a way to append with the IP address or extension of the phone so we can tell where the request came from? We may also want to create a service parameter that sends a location ID, which we create, without the user having to input it. Any assistance with that would also be appreciated.

Hi
Most web servers will allow you to retrieve the source address of the request...
The phones can give you the device name by inserting #DEVICENAME# in the URL that the phone accesses (it will substitute #DEVICENAME# for the SEPxxxxxx ID), which you can then use to look up information (such as device info or DN) by querying other APIs (CCM DB, or the RIS API).

Actually, I created a service parameter in CCM and trying to pass that information to the xml input file we created and then on to the application.
