I keep getting access denied, but I am not 100% sure where we are authenticating? I checked all the IIS settings and they match. We are connected to a W2K3 domain, and an Exchange 2003 sp1 server.
Any help would be awesome!

Hi -
Here is a link to the troubleshooting document for Unity 4.0(3) - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/prod_troubleshooting_guide_chapter09186a00801ba612.html
Is this a new install? Do you have Unity Assistant enabled in your Unity class of service - Features section?

no box has been up for over a year now (how time flies!). Yes the assistant is checked in COS for users.
I get the logon page, but keep getting access denied.

Hi -
Does this happen on all of your PCs or just one/couple? In the troubleshooting link I gave you, it has the subscriber check to ensure cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer browser - same for on the Unity server.
