Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance

Hello Guys,

 

I'm tryng to implement a Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance on a costumer, but it does not create the phones inventory.

 

The UC Cluster nodes are already managed.

 

I've followed some Cisco Guides to set this up, and it is not working.

Please, how the PCA discover the Cisco IP Phones and endpoints?

 

I'm working with a Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5 Advanced License. All the UC nodes are on 10.5 version.

Did u configure SNMP on CUCM and Gateway?

Hi Aman,

 

Yes, the PCA already shows info about CPU / Memory, temperature etc about both this, but it does not shows RTP traffic or E1 channel utilization and so.

So, there are some specific charts that I can't get info.

I've try to follow the article that you send me, but I was not able to solve the problem.

 

Attch to this are some prints that can help you to understand the case.

 

I can't see the PRI Channel utilization or Trunk Utilization and CAC, so.

What I could find that this could be again the bug but not sure since I  never came across this issue when worked on PCA 9.x?

If TAC case is still opened, you can speak to him about this issue as well.
 
there is a similar discussion on E1 channel but could not be resolved.

So, I still working with TAC Support in this case.

The Engineer has told me that he will open an escalation to find the problem.

So, I still working with Cisco TAC on this case. Some charts do not show any info yet.

I had the same problem with the 10.5 version and we had to make a upgrade to 10.6 version, after that, we've been working without any problem.  

The solution was suggested by the TAC

Hello Friends,

 

I've Upgrated to 10.6 version.

 

In truth the problem was not solved, but the case has been closed, because my costumer wants to finish the project.

Once u  are through with the project, u can again invlove Cisco  TAC for the resolution.
