Hello Guys,
I'm tryng to implement a Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance on a costumer, but it does not create the phones inventory.
The UC Cluster nodes are already managed.
I've followed some Cisco Guides to set this up, and it is not working.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/prime-collaboration/guide-c07-732215.html#_Toc394127247
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Setting_up_Devices_for_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/collaboration/10-5/assurance/standard/guide/Cisco_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance_Guide_Standard_10_5.html
Please, how the PCA discover the Cisco IP Phones and endpoints?
I'm working with a Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5 Advanced License. All the UC nodes are on 10.5 version.
Thanks in advance and best regards.

Once the call manager is dicsovered, then ,endpoints should get discovered.

Hi Pedro,
You mean to say that you have associated all the IP phones to user created as application user in Call Manager.
I was just checking the device management guide whch says :
Note
All the nodes in the cluster may not be running all the protocols. For example, JTAPI may not be running on all the nodes. As a result, the credential validation test may fail for some of your nodes.
Can u check the same.

Hi Aman,
That's right, all the phones in the cluster are associeted to the application user for JTAPI and I've run the credential validation test to all nodes, and it's OK. The HTTP,SNMP and JTAPI has passed to the test to all nodes.
Please, let me know if you need any further information.
Thanks and best regards.

Hi Pedro,
Lastly, can u login as admin through putty port 26
and run the command application stop cpcm and then, application start cpcm.
Again, rediscover cluster.
If it still does not work, then, you can open TAC case for resolution since as such there is no way we cannot discover phone after it is registered to Call manager.

Hi Aman,
The TAC engineer suggested me to upgrade the PCA version to 10.5.1 and by doing this, the issue has been solved.
Now I'm working to configure my gateways and see the traffic flow, some charts are not showing the needed info.
What should I configure on the gateways to see this information?
Thanks in advance and best regards

Aman,
The previous version are 10.1.
The charts that I need to configure are:
Top 5 Location CAC Bandwidth Usage. (It does show the location configured on CUCM, but still in 0% and does not show the BW Used)
Top 5 Utilized Trunk/Route Groups. (I can see the E1 on the gateway, but not the channel utilization or trafic. It shows 0%)
Prime License Manager. (It shows "no Data avaliable)
I'm trying to follow this guide to finishi the configuration:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Setting_up_Devices_for_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance#Configuration_for_CVTQ_Data
Thanks and best Regards
