Good day! I launched Cisco Prime Collaboration, but I got only one phone which is managed. Other phones are Unknown. How can I gain Managed status for the rest devices? Do I have to add IP address of every phones separately?

Are the Ip addresses of all cucm servers ( to which the phones are registered )  added and showing in managed state?
