After a server reboot the CUCM Publisher has an alert that states
The system has not synchronized successfully with Cisco Prime License Manager for 11 days. If successful synchronization does not occur within the next 49 days, you will no longer be able to provision users and devices.
When I log into Cisco Prime License Manager the following is displayed under instance of CUCM also for CUC
This product instance is already being managed by another Cisco Prime License Manager. Product Instances can only be managed by a single Cisco Prime License Manager.
There is no other Cisco Prime License Manager
How can this be resolved?
