Hello all,
I need assistance with an issue we have at present where all internal calls over the CUCM can receive the MOH stream when calls are poaced on hold or handed off through the Route Points into the UCCX scripts.
However, all external calls are now routing through a new SIP service provider and will not play the MOH file as we just get dead air in between the prompts. All calls were previously routed through the original ISDN H323 Gateways where all was working fine.
I have attached a trace file from the SIP providers SBC Sonus 1000 device which now handles the new SIP traffic in placce of the old Cisco gateways. We have configured two new SIP Trunks in the CUCM which seem to be configured correctly to handle MOH streams via a MRG.
They are saying the following (Please see the attached Word file) " Cisco device is sending us an ACK, with a=sendonly specifying a port of 4000:"
Not sure these traces are clear enough to push the issue back on us with regard the Cisco setup.

On CUCM sip trunk configuration, do you have , MTP required checkbox flagged ?

which version of CUCM are you running?
Please try to uncheck the mtp option and let me know how it works.
