Cisco TSOT course

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I couldnt find an education section.

My question is, I am booked on the TSOT course at the end of September, I would like to know if there is an exam at the end of the course or if I will need to book an exam at a Cisco testing centre?

I have spoken with the 3rd party company that arranges the training and they have replied saying they are unsure.
