Dear support team,

Please be informed that, we have install cisco UCS C220 M3 Server. and we have plan to install UCSS 8.6.2 and Cisco presence 8.6 and unity connection 8.x

Does it require Linux OS or its will install with application. like unity or presence .

please provide the specific of ram or CPU and storage RAID 5 selection for the each application. for the performace .

I'm assuming you already have ESXi on those.

Hi Jaime,

Thanks for your helpful  information. As I need to clarify some points as below:

We order "Cisco UC Virt. Foundation 4.1 image “with licensing but client wants the latest version i.e.

Cisco UC Virt. Foundation 5.1. Can we upgrade from 4.1 to 5.1 with same licensing or not. Does it require buying licenses for 5.1 separately?

Cisco Unity Connection 8.x

We order following product but we didn’t receive any CD. We receive only Product Authorization key.

UCXN8-UWL-PAK : Unity connection 8.x PAK

Unity CN8-HA-PAK : Unity connection 8.x HA PAK

For the HA does it come separate CD or Same Unity connection 8.x PAK is used for HA..?

To get the unity connection CD from Cisco we need to open a case with Cisco or we can download from CCO login from Cisco site.

So please advice.
