Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced V11

Hi all ,

I have installed CUACA version 11.0.1 but when i login to web admin page using the default username and password (ADMIN & CISCO), the menus didn't appear properly as you can see the attached screen shoot. please help.

Looks like perhaps a browser issue, what browser are you using and have you tried another one?

Can you go to the link directly on the Windows server hosting AC?

I use Internet explorer 11.0.9600, I tried multiple browsers also I tried to login from server that AC was installed. the same issue. is there any setting I have to make on my browser or what is the compatible versions

Have you tried restarting IIS service, or rebooting the server?

Is Windows firewall on, perhaps try disabling it.

Can you try with Firefox?

restart the IIS service and then check
