Cisco Unified Communications Answer File Generator download issue

Hi all,

I can't download any generate file in the web. I'm trying to generate my answer file from cisco web, but "Download" button doesn't work.

Any ideas or workaround ? It's only me? or web page isn't working ?

I've open page details in my browser and I see a lot of 404 errors in javascripts libraries downloads, see attached.

Hi JI,

It works for me, try using IE or Firefox as it is not supported on Chrome.

Sure a I tested with both, IE and Firefox, the attached screenshot is took form firefox debug tool.

I am having the same Issue, when I create the file a pop-up windows appears with 3 buttons (3 buttons to download the file for each server), I clic in the subscriber one and nothing happens, no errors, no pop-ups no "loading".

I have used IE, Firefox and Chrome.

How did you resoled the issue? I checked all my data several times?

The issue is not solved. I cannot download any generated file.

In browser debug tool you can see many 404 errors when it tries download .js libraries.

The issue was solved 5 or 6 days ago.

No answer from cisco was received.
